- Within the UK: Free standard shipping via Royal Mail (speed upgrades available)
- International Mail: Flat rate of £15 (tracked)
For your peace of mind, we’ll send all international items via a tracked method – but please note: any customs fees are your responsibility.
- We’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days – and once it’s on its way to you, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
- Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available to accept your delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for refused packages or external service delays.
You can return any non-customised product for an exchange at the same value, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. To be eligible for any of the aforementioned options, your returned item must be in a new and unused condition in its original packaging.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email to notify us of which products you’d like to return or exchange. Once received, we’ll respond to confirm the address where you should send your item(s). All returns must be postmarked within the 14-day return window. Please note that returns are at your own cost – we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to avoid any issues.
After we’ve received your return and inspected its condition, we’ll process your refund/store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days for us to process this for you. We’ll notify you by email once we’ve processed your return.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on the following items:
- Personalised items
- Gift boxes that include perishable items like food or flowers
