We hope your purchase brings you joy – but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help!

Payments

We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and our registered VAT number is GB329946163. If you need a VAT receipt, please email us at hello@do-shakara.com

The security of your data is important to us. All payments are handled by secure servers and we also offer PayPal as a payment method. 

Postage & Delivery

Within the UK:

  • Standard (2-3 working days) – £3.29
  • Express (order by 2pm, next working day) – £4.99
  • FREE delivery on all orders over £50.00
  • FREE NEXT DAY delivery on all orders over £100.00


Order by 2pm (GMT/BST) for same-day dispatch from Monday to Friday (not including bank holiday days). After 2pm, on weekends and on bank holidays, we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

International Mail:

  • Please contact us at hello@do-shakara.com for a quote before you order
  • For your peace of mind, we’ll send all international items via a tracked method – but please note: any customs fees are your responsibility.

We’ll dispatch your order within 1 working day – and once it’s on its way to you, we’ll send you a confirmation email. 

Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available to accept your delivery.

Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for refused packages or external service delays. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail/courier and some parcels can take slightly longer due to bank holidays, or postal delays, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to some UK addresses (Northern Ireland, certain areas in Scotland, and UK offshore locations) may incur take longer and have extra delivery surcharges – we’ll email you before dispatch if you’ll need to pay additional delivery surcharges.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as you haven’t worn/used the item and it reaches us in its original condition with all original tags attached (where applicable). Please note that personalised and custom items can’t be returned.

You can return an unworn/unused item for an exchange at the same value, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, minus postage costs. Please note: if you return a worn or damaged item, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email to tell us which products you’d like to return or exchange. Once received, we’ll respond to confirm the address where you should send your item(s). All returns must be postmarked within the 14-day return window.

Please note that returns are at your own cost – we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to avoid any issues.

After we’ve received your return and inspected its condition, we’ll process your refund/store credit or exchange.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process this for you. We’ll notify you by email once we’ve processed your return.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised items
  • Gift boxes that include perishable items like food or flowers


If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via hello@do-shakara.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Sometimes there are postal delays or unavoidable events that can affect your delivery. If your order still hasn’t arrived within 2 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@do-shakara.com and we’ll be happy to help  you track it down.

If your item gets damaged during shipping, email us with photos and details as soon as you receive your parcel so we can take action.
